SMALL STATION / OPEN POSSIBILITIES

Room for
another voice.

A station is only as interesting as the people who shape it.

01 / WHY WE EXIST

Curiosity is
the common thread.

Dial imagines a place where a record collector, a field recordist and a neighbour with a good question can share the same dial. Less background noise. More reasons to pay attention.

This is a fictional station and a working website template. The people and programmes are examples. There is no live broadcast, audio player or recording library on this site.

02 / BRING YOUR IDEA

What would you put on?

For your own station, adapt these sample contributor guidelines to explain what you welcome and how people can take part.

  1. Tell us the idea. A theme, a question or a sound you keep returning to.
  2. Make room for others. Explain who your programme is for and the voices it could include.
  3. Know what you can share. Use only music, recordings and stories you have permission to broadcast.

03 / START A CONVERSATION

Hello, stranger.

This demo uses a placeholder inbox. Replace it before publishing your station.

04 / A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you tune in.

Can I listen here?

No. This template is a programme guide. It includes no streaming service or audio files. A station owner would need to provide their own licensed broadcast service.

Which timezone does the schedule use?

The sample weekly schedule uses Asia/Manila (UTC+8), with times in the 24-hour clock. It does not change with your device timezone.

Can I print the schedule?

Yes. Your browser's Print command includes the full weekend, even after choosing a single day. These are fictional example times, not a live broadcast promise.
