Visit and hours
When the light is on, and how to find it.
The hours below are the whole truth: the weekly list, the midday hour when nobody is at the front desk, and the dates the clinic is shut. Nothing here reserves a place or takes a payment.

Clinic time, UTC+8. Sample hours and sample closing dates: edit both lists before you publish.
The notice at the top reads the list beside it against the clinic clock, not your device's timezone. With JavaScript switched off it stays hidden, because a page that cannot check the time should not claim to know the answer.
Finding the clinic
12 Sample Street, Barangay Example
Your city, Philippines
Example address. Replace it, and add the landmark people actually navigate by.
Getting in
Street level entrance, one step at the door, and a ramp on the left of the building. The consultation room fits a wheelchair and a large dog at the same time. Confirm these details for your own premises before you publish them.
Parking and arriving
Two spaces at the front, and quieter street parking after the morning rush. If your animal is anxious around others, wait in the car and the assistant will come and get you.
Walk-ins and waiting
Walk-ins are seen between booked consultations, so the wait is longest at opening and just after the midday break. A call ahead is not a reservation, but it does tell you how busy the room is.
Ask a question
Tell us what you have noticed.
Your animal's name, age and species, what changed and when, and anything you have already tried. The clinic replies with what it would usually do next and what that costs.

Questions we are asked most.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are seen between booked consultations. For surgery, a first vaccination course or anything needing a full morning, the clinic sets a time with you by phone.
What happens during the midday hour?
The clinic closes from 12:00nn to 1:00pm on weekdays. Animals already confined are still watched; the front desk is not staffed, and the door is locked.
What should I bring?
The vaccination card, any previous laboratory results, the medicines and supplements currently being given, and a carrier or a lead. Photographs or a short video of the symptom help more than a description.
Can you treat my rabbit or bird?
By arrangement, and only for the work this clinic is equipped for. Ask first, and expect an honest answer when a specialist is the better choice.
How do I pay?
Cash and the usual local transfer applications, settled at the counter after the consultation. This is sample text: state your own accepted methods here, and never imply that a website payment exists when it does not.
