About
I design interfaces and then build them.
Most of my work sits in the gap between a design file and a shipped product. That gap is where systems fall apart, and it is usually the most useful place for one person to stand.
I have spent the last eight years on product teams, mostly in health and logistics, where interfaces are used all day by people who did not choose them. That tends to cure you of designing for the screenshot.
I work directly with the people making the decisions. No account layer, no handoff, no deck that says "delight".
