Where to find your download

Downloads live on your account page and appear as soon as payment is confirmed, together with your invoice and receipt.

Sign in with the same email address you paid with. The account is tied to that address, so paying with one and signing in with another will show an empty account.

The download is a zip

You get a single zip file containing the template's pages, its stylesheet, its script, its test file and its README. Unzip it before opening anything. See opening a template on your computer.

If the download does not start

Downloads are checked against your purchase before the file is sent, so they need you to be signed in. If nothing happens, confirm you are signed in as the address you paid with, then try again. If it still fails, email [email protected].
