This covers solusfive.dev. It describes what is actually collected and where it goes, rather than every thing a site of this kind could conceivably do.

Who is responsible

What is collected

Your email address

Needed to sign you in, to keep your purchases attached to you, and to send your receipt. There is no way to sell you a file you can come back for without knowing where to send you.

Your name and profile picture link, only with Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, Google passes your name and a link to your profile picture when you approve it. Your name is printed on your invoice, because an invoice with only an email address on it is awkward to file. The picture link is stored with your account and is not displayed anywhere on this site.

If you sign in with an email address and a password instead, none of this is collected.

Your email address, if you join the waitlist

Stored only so you can be told when a new template ships. It is kept apart from any account, is never used for anything else, and is not passed to anyone. Ask at [email protected] and it is removed.

Your purchases

Which template, the amount, the currency, whether it is paid or refunded, the payment reference, the invoice and receipt numbers, the date, and the name of the payment method such as QR Ph.

What is never received

Card numbers, bank logins, and one-time codes. Payment happens on PayMongo's own checkout page. Those details do not pass through this site and are not visible to it at any point.

Who processes it

SupabaseSign-in and the purchase database, hosted in Northeast Asia (Tokyo)
CloudflareHosting, the private storage holding the template files, and mail routing for [email protected]
PayMongoPayment
ResendReceipt email, delivered through Amazon SES
GoogleSign-in, if you use it. Also Google Fonts, which your browser loads on every page, so Google receives your IP address and browser details whether or not you sign in

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your sign-in is held in your browser's local storage and stays on your device until you sign out.

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on these pages. It counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites. Cloudflare may set its own operational cookies as part of serving and protecting the site.

How long it is kept

Your account and its purchase history stay until you ask for them to be deleted. Records of paid orders are kept for longer where tax and accounting rules require it, which is a legal obligation rather than a choice.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to how it is processed, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Email [email protected] for any of these. Deleting your account removes your sign-in details. Records of paid orders are kept where the law requires, as above.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
