Buying a template gives you a licence to use it. These are the terms of that licence, and what to expect around payment, delivery, and refunds.

What you are buying

A licence to use the template files. You are not buying the copyright, and the licence is not exclusive to you.

What it allows

• Use on as many projects as you like, including paid client work.
• Changing anything you want, for any project.
• Keeping it. There is no subscription, no expiry, and no seat count.

What it does not allow

• Reselling or giving away the template itself as a template, a starter kit, or a theme.
• Including it in something whose main value to the buyer is the template rather than what you built with it.

Free templates carry the same licence, without the payment.

Price and payment

Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown on each template's page. Payment is handled by PayMongo on its own checkout page.

Delivery

Your download is available as soon as payment is confirmed, from your account page, along with your invoice and receipt. Templates are files you download, not a hosted service, so nothing depends on this site staying up once you have them.

Refunds

If a template does not work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying it and you will be refunded in full. Tell me what went wrong; it is usually something worth fixing for everyone.

Because the files are delivered immediately and are yours to keep once downloaded, refunds are not offered for a change of mind.

Availability

Templates may be updated, renamed, or withdrawn from sale. Anything you have already bought stays in your account and stays downloadable.

What is not promised

Templates are provided as they are. They are tested, documented, and built to the standards described on their pages, but they are not guaranteed to fit every purpose or to be free of every fault. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the template in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
