Help
Answers about buying, downloading, using and hosting the templates. If none of it fits, email [email protected].
Buying and payment
-
How payment works
Prices are in Philippine pesos and payment is handled by PayMongo on its own checkout page. Card details never touch this site.
-
What the licence allows
One purchase covers unlimited projects, including paid client work, and you keep it. What you cannot do is resell the template itself.
-
Getting a refund
If a template does not work as described, email within 14 days of buying it and you get a full refund.
Downloads and access
-
Where to find your download
Downloads live on your account page and appear as soon as payment is confirmed, together with your invoice and receipt.
-
What happens if this site goes away
Templates are files you download, not a hosted service. Once you have the zip, nothing you built depends on Solus Five staying online.
Using a template
-
Opening a template on your computer
Unzip it and serve the folder over http rather than opening the file directly, or some pages will not load their styles correctly.
-
Changing the colours and fonts
The palette and fonts are defined once at the top of styles.css. Change them there rather than hunting through the pages.
-
Replacing the sample content
Every name, price, statistic and testimonial in a template is invented. All of it has to be replaced before you launch.
-
Connecting a form to your own backend
Forms are built and validated but not connected. You point them at your own endpoint, which is a one-time setup step.
Putting a site online
-
Where to host a template
These are static files, so hosting is genuinely free on several services with no trial that expires.
-
Using your own domain
You buy the domain from a registrar and point it at your host. Nothing about the template changes when you do.
Nothing matches that. Email [email protected] and describe what you were doing.
